Your first ring resize is always free. The price you are paying is for your shipping / insurance BACK to you, within the USA, and your resize costs, if this is not your first resize. You are responsible for shipping the ring(s) to us initially, using any shipping carrier that is convenient for you, as long as the package as also insured for the full value of the ring, and has adult signature requirements upon delivery. 

The shipping rates vary depending on the price of the item(s) being shipped. Any shipments with an insurance value less than $2500 have a flat shipping rate of $25, and any shipments with an insurance value over $2500 have a flat shipping rate of $50.

Any additional resizing after your first resize is $35-$90 depending on the metal and size needed + shipping and insurance which is included in the total price listed. All of our jewelry can be resized at your local jeweler if you prefer to not have to ship your ring(s). Resizing typically does not void our warranty. If you have had your ring resized with an outside jeweler and need any repairs or resizes after, please send us a copy of the receipt that includes the date and the work done.

Resizing time frame will be one to two weeks.
